We hope that you are satisfied with your goods. If however we are satisfied that you have good reason to be dissatisfied, and notify us (preferably in writing) of your dissatisfaction within 7 days of receipt of the goods, we will be happy to replace them for you or to refund your money.
In the event that we require goods to be returned, you must return items in the same condition as they were supplied. In all cases we recommend that you get a "Proof of Posting" from your local Post Office, and ensure that goods are packaged to ensure that they are not damaged in transit.
